Not all bids are equal so be sure you select high quality work done by reputable companies/tradesmen which will stand up over long periods of use as well. We've been using this site since 2015 but have noticed very little change during our tenure - they really should update their features more frequently than once every two years if not sooner!! Keep an eye out though- sometimes when we search specific areas there might seem like no results returned while other searches return lots right away even where similar businesses reside within close proximity.- just depends how much detail your looking into searching through such things. The ability to see both low bid AND most expensive price per job makes decision.
