Dave is a very professional and knowledgeable person.
I have worked with Dave on many occasions over the past 3 years and he has provided great service each time. He takes his time to make sure the client is satisfied and has his back! His communication skills are exceptional and he gets to the point quickly. He understands that he does not always get the answers immediately, and does his best to find them. He will help with any issue you may have and will be happy to go above and beyond for you. He is great at managing expectations and making sure you understand the "whys" and "hows" behind the actions he recommends. You won't find anyone else who cares about you like Dave!

- Has an understanding of how technology works as a solution provider and knows what you need.
- Great attention to detail, makes sure he delivers exactly what you expect.
Cons
- Don't want to deal with vendors or their sales people, don't know where to begin.
- Will do things and then not answer emails.
