Review on Bitrix24 by Brian Malith

I like that it has all of my accounts in one place. You can easily see what projects are going with which clients or employees. It looks great as well! There's nothing about this program I dislike but some new features could be added- such as a calendar view for contacts where they would show when we're available next week/next month, etc. If you don't have any other programs installed then most likely this is the best way to go as there isn't anything else out there that does everything that bitrix24 covers (CRM, Project Management Software, Chat). I used to use Freshworks extensively before switching over to bitrix24. The biggest difference I've noticed using bitrix24 vs fresh works was how much better organized everything had become.
