What I like best is being able to manage everything in one place, whether it be CRM or billing with Radiall at my fingertips! The ease of syncing all accounts and having access from anywhere has also been very useful for me as well when working remotely sometimes. Sometimes we need more functionality but that can always come later down our road planing process once they are created/implemented. Take advantage this platform was made by people who understand your needs so there isn’t much room needed to grow within their system if used correctly. We've had no issues thus far other than normal growing pains which any business would experience such growth during these times.
