I was dissatisfied with the quality of the online FolkArt store.

I had great hopes for FolkArt's online store because I am always searching for superior art materials. However, my interactions with the firm left me feeling dissatisfied and let down. Their website was simple to use, however they just didn't have what I was looking for. I was disappointed that they didn't have the variety of materials I wanted and the difficulty in tracking them down. The things I ordered were of subpar quality, and I was dismayed to get them. The brushes were fragile, and the paints were too thin and watery to use effectively. FolkArt clearly doesn't care about producing high-quality items. When I went out to customer service, I was met with a lack of assistance and indifference. It's obvious that they don't care about what their consumers think or care much about doing anything to make them happy. In sum, I was underwhelmed by my time spent shopping at FolkArt's website and plan to shop elsewhere in the future. To realize my ambitions as an artist, I require high-quality materials, but I can't count on FolkArt to provide them.
