The agency is a great place to work!
I love working at the agency for many reasons! The staff always does their job professionally but they also make sure to have fun in between projects as well so there is never work that gets boring or monotonous (unless of course its just due too much coffee!). They're great people who care about getting jobs done right which makes them even better employees than some larger agencies out here like Pinnacle Promotions & Marketing LLC where i worked before coming over from EicAgency!! Our clients look forward our every project because all campaigns turn into high engagement numbers each time around.
Pros
- Great culture with awesome coworkers
- We consistently do good quality marketing research.
- Lots more client interactions when compared against other promotions companies; we've had an opportunity meeting once during any week, sometimes twice if lucky)
- Very organized lots going down per day/week without confusion
