The best thing about gimmal is that it's easy to implement in your office environment as well as share with colleagues outside of our own team. It allows us to keep track of who updated what document at which time. There are certain features I wish were available such as creating sub-categories or tags within documents but other than those small issues this has been a great tool! Nothing really so far. If you're looking for an excellent way of keeping track of content changes and ensuring everyone knows where their work fits into the project then definitely give this software a try. We can now easily find out when someone last edited a file, who changed sections etc. This gives me peace of mind knowing we have complete control over all our files.
