Be Warned: My Time Shopping at Damero Online

I made a few purchases from the Damero online store not too long ago, and I was not happy with any of them. Despite their assurances that they care about their clients, I have had nothing but negative experiences with them. I had my first problem with them when I tried to contact customer service. When I contacted customer support with a question about one of their products, I was given a canned answer that didn't address my specific issue. I got the impression that making a sale was more important to them than actually assisting me. Second, I was underwhelmed by the variety of goods they offered. While they do carry several common health and home improvement items, their assortment pales in comparison to that of competing websites. I was dismayed to learn that they were out of some of the things I needed. Finally, I found the quality to be inadequate in their first aid kits, despite the fact that they advertise them as "lifesavers." Not only were some of the goods in the kit past their expiration dates, but they were also of questionable quality. In a crisis, this could have disastrous results. To sum up, I feel it's important to stress the importance of prudence when making purchases from the Damero online store. Despite their claims that they care about their clients, I have never felt like they actually did. There are better options out there for health care products and household basics, as the range is restricted, customer service is unimpressive, and the quality of the products is uncertain.

Pros
  • First-aid kits of the highest quality
Cons
  • It's possible that international shipment will take longer than anticipated.
