The best thing about this plugin is that it can be easily integrated with other plugins of infusesoft, like marketing automation tool or CRM tools etc., which makes things easy when integrating them in one dashboard! I don't have any dislike as such but sometimes we need some help from customer support team regarding integration issues if required then they are very responsive & helpful. It helps us streamline our workflows by having all these functionalities under same umbrella so there's no confusion while doing different tasks related emails sending!!
