I'm obsessed! I ordered this because I desperately needed an organizer to fit all my jewelry. I got this color hoping it would look like Tiffany's teal and for reference I've attached a picture showing it's almost the same color! I was so happy it fit. Everything I had fit, but I might take another so there is more room for individual bracelets and what not. It appears to have indentations at the top so you can add another one at the top. The only thing I noticed was a slightly odd smell, but I just opened the drawers and let them air out. I was too excited about the color to really care about the smell. The actual padding and dividers inside are not removable, but the drawers slide out completely. This way you can arrange the boxes the way you want. I love it! I highly recommend it! It is very durable, I put perfume bottles on it and have no problems.
