The assertion made by ProVent regarding their dedication to the happiness of their clients is nothing more than a front. They did not live up to my expectations throughout my most recent purchasing experience with them. The representatives of the customer support department lacked both fundamental knowledge and professionalism, which made the whole process laborious and frustrating. The order was not only delivered late, but also the things were not wrapped properly, which resulted in one of the products being broken. I attempted to contact them in order to find a solution, but I was faced with apathy and a resistance to taking responsibility for their errors when I did so. The practices of ProVent contradict the company's assertions that it is constantly working to improve its customer service and provide the finest experience possible. It is strongly recommended that you do not make any future purchases from their online store in any capacity.
