Office offers great service and great customer support
I love that they took care off me even when my printer wouldnt work due lack parts or service from HP! Customer support is always right there for you if need be!! The best part about this office is how caring everybody seems so far i have never met someone who was rude at all here everyone wants u happy with everything we do it just makes life easy. I like that each month you get an estimate for how much it will cost per printer/copier/fax machine. It is very easy to see if there were any issues with the previous bill or not.The only thing I don't really like about this service is when they charge late fees. This can be quite costly depending on what time frame they have given you. They do everything from setting up new machines to helping troubleshoot problems.
- Everything gets resolved fast, quick response times too.They are honest in their reports because every job has its own estimates as well ,so no guessing involved once again great customer services ! No hidden costs either...and last but most important.they take good pride In your printing experience..:)
