Contrary to other reviews, using the VESA mount does not necessarily require removing the monitor's back panel and desktop mounting flange, even if the VESA adapter is too large for 100x100 or 75x75 applications. Just use some sort of washer (like the 4 rubber grommets I used) to lift the bottom of the adapter away from the back of the monitor far enough that it's out of the way. It's great image quality for a low price and you can make it work!
