Customer Service at EinCar Online Store Was a Disappointment

I was disappointed with EinCar's customer service when I recently placed an order for a car stereo through their online shop. I contacted customer support because the item I had gotten was flawed. Their reaction, however, was slow and ultimately useless. It took them a few days to reply to my original inquiry, and when they did, they offered general advice that didn't apply to my particular product's problem. It was annoying to have to keep communicating with them in an effort to get the issue resolved. It was an inconvenience, but I had to return the item and get my money back. EinCar has a broad selection of aftermarket parts and accessories for cars, but I was disappointed with their customer service, so I doubt I will shop there again. Because of my bad experience with their customer service, I cannot endorse the EinCar online shop.
