Ok so I did my research to find a suitable bike to use at home after canceling my gym membership due to the pandemic. I was a little skeptical but wanted to find something easy to assemble. This product/directions must have been made by a woman because it was SOOOO easy to set up!Pros:1. All pieces were labeled and screws were already in the place where they needed to be. Directions were clearly worded with easy to follow pictures. The tools it came with were easy to use. Assembly took about 20-25 minutes. I would suggest having an extra hand for 2 steps where you needed to hold a nut and tighten a screw at the same time. But maybe if you have a little better hand eye coordination than me you'll be fine lol.2. The bike was compact and fits in the side of my bed so I can excercise while watching tv. It's light enough to move to my closet for storage.3. I recently had a bonew graph in my hip and need to continue to rehab it. I know I was concerned reading that some people had trouble getting on and off the bike. I'm 5'2, 30 years old, 135lbs and found it easy to get on and off. My mom did have a little trouble though getting on. I think of you are a larger person you would have trouble.4. It gives great resistance. I used it for 20 minutes today after setting it up and set it to level 3/8 and def was sweating and feeling the burn. I really did like to be able to work my arms at the same timeCons1. The only thing I have a slight complaint about is that the resistance bands rub a little on my legs while cycling. I just got a metal key ring to keep them closer together and off my legs. So it was a quick fix.Overall. I think this was a great purchase and recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, quick set up, compact bike!
