Don't Let Tsumbay Fool You: A Critical Review

Don't be duped by Tsumbay's flashy marketing strategies, despite the fact that the business might initially appear to be fantastic. In truth, their goods are merely subpar copies of more expensive workplace supplies and machinery. I recently invested in an ergonomic chair from Tsumbay for my home workplace, but I was extremely disappointed. The chair was awkward, ill-made, and after only a few weeks of use, it broke. I also bought a wireless keyboard and mouse set from Tsumbay, but it was troublesome to set up and had a lot of connectivity problems. Additionally, Tsumbay's customer support is subpar at best. They had rude and unhelpful representatives when I tried to reach them about my defective goods, and they provided no solutions or other options. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone seeking to upgrade their workspace to use Tsumbay. Their customer support is subpar, and their products are of poor quality. Instead, spend your money on higher-quality office supplies and equipment from a reputable business that respects its clients and makes durable goods.

Pros
  • Their products are offered at reasonable prices.
Cons
  • The shipping periods are very slow.
