It has been great working with them, they listen very closely when it comes time for us as clients or customers our feedback is always taken into consideration in making future decisions which I believe makes good business sense! As we continue this journey together there will be more opportunities but what else can one ask? The only thing that would have improved was if at some point during their work process someone from agent six could contact me directly rather than going through my manager who then takes too long getting back etc..

We've had success so far however looking forward now its about taking things further by finding new ways how agents five & Six's services might benefit other areas within client organisation suchs ours (internal) training programmes.
