It's great for tracking all of your medical claims through EOBs! I like that you can customize everything from what information appears in each page (e.g., only show certain types), as well as how often those pages are refreshed by day or week so they don't get too cluttered up with things not relevant at this time period/user level. The reporting features could be more robust - especially if there were an option within one report versus creating multiple reports for different purposes. We're using Darwin primarily because we have over 100 plans under our umbrella plan which makes managing individual health records difficult without some assistance via automation tools such as Darwins' Health Management Dashboard feature.
