Great user friendly platform with excellent customer service

I love how easy it was for us as users who are new at using this software; we were able understand everything very quickly! Some of our leads weren't being properly tracked into certain fields such an email address or phone number which made them hard if not impossible track down later when they called back asking what happened after submitting forms etc., but now those issues have been solved by adding notes directly onto each account so all future communication will be easier because there won’t need any guess work about where information might go afterwards either from client side OR agent level. Also having tracking built right within your accounts makes managing clients much simpler than needing multiple applications/tools just trying find things like contact info - again no worrys anymore since its integrated straight away without anything else required. Having some extra functionality added would make my job even better (more options.

  • This program is amazing, has helped me streamline processes in many areas including sales support with lead management to general customer service operations.

  • Integration across different platforms that keep you connected &/or follow up contacts / opportunities via emails , texts messages among others.etc..
