Review on TaitaTools by Harry Tulsa

My work in industry and the sciences requires me to make frequent use of cutting tools, therefore I was quite interested in getting my hands on some TaitaTools for the first time. However, my experience with this company was really discouraging and aggravating, and I would not recommend doing business with them. I was under the impression that the cutting burrs I bought from TaitaTools would be of the high quality that was described on their website. Because of their lack of sharpness, the tools were unable to meet the requirements of my project in terms of precision and efficiency. In addition to this, the burrs wore out considerably faster than I had anticipated, which resulted in a finished product that was below quality. I attempted to contact TaitaTools so that I could voice my issues, but the customer support that I received was subpar. They did not respond to my phone calls or emails, leaving me with the impression that I was being ignored and unsatisfied with their apparent lack of concern for the satisfaction of their clients. In addition, even if at first sight their website may appear to have a straightforward navigation structure, it is not user-friendly in terms of placing orders and tracking shipments. When I tried to follow the status of my shipment, I was confronted with information that was both confused and out of date. Additionally, I had trouble placing my order. My experience with TaitaTools was unimpressive as a whole, and it left me with a feeling of dissatisfaction. I would not advise anyone in need of dependable customer service and cutting equipment of a good quality to go with this particular company.
