Sometimes when entering data in, sometimes there is an error message which isn't helpful at all. But overall everything works great! Be sure to get support from their team of experts. They are always willing to help. Their customer service agents know exactly what they're doing. If you need assistance with any questions or issues please contact them directly through their social media accounts (facebook, twitter). Managing my students' attendance, assignments and parent communication have been much easier with this software than our previous system.
