Great Product for DHL & Other Mail Carriers
It has helped us greatly in our daily operations as we send out thousands of packages each day to customers throughout California! The customer service is also fantastic!! If you're looking at any other product I highly recommend it just give this one try since they have great support team behind them if anything happens or goes wrong (which will happen every once in awhile).
We've been able solve many issues regarding package weight calculations when sending large volumes via USPS flat rate shipping labels vs actual weights required by carriers like FedEx/UPS etc..
Pros
- Fast response time , very responsive helpdesk staff always there whenever needed :) Easy access through online portal which keeps all records safely organized without having too much paper clutter around office ! Super fast turnaround times from quoting up thru postage application process + quick delivery tracking updates upon order completion
