I purchased this as my husband and I travel frequently. This is roomy enough to contain my husbands' insulin and keep it cold for many hours at a time. With reusable ice packs, it is economical and eco-friendly. Prior to this, I would buy disposable ice packs for travel and this kit has replaced the need for them.
