Review on Demand Works Cloud Smoothie by Jimmie Gebrehiwot

I love how easy this software is to use! The integration with Salesforce was seamless when switching over from another tool that didn't have such an integrated product line as well.

There are some minor things i dislike about demand works smoothies (that others have mentioned). Not being able to add multiple users without having to go through each one individually; not enough customizable fields within reports/dashboards etc.; inability to export data outside of csv format - only excel workbooks available at present time. This program does exactly what its supposed to do which is make my life easier by providing me with access to everything I need while making sure nothing gets missed out if something needs attention.
