Review on AHNR by Deandre Kamaludin

Revainrating 1 out of 5

My hopes were dashed by the AHNR internet store's performance.

I just recently made a purchase from the AHNR online store consisting of a few items for the household and storage, and unfortunately, I was left feeling dissatisfied with my experience. To begin, I found the website to be a little bit difficult to traverse and somewhat confusing overall. My search for the products I wanted took significantly longer than I had anticipated, and the functionality of the search function did not appear to be as effective as it ought to have been. When I eventually got my order, I discovered that the products were of a poorer quality than I had anticipated. The kitchen utensils were flimsy and appeared to have been manufactured on the cheap, and the storage containers did not prove to be as long-lasting as I had hoped they would be. In addition to this, some of the items that I had ordered were not included in the shipment, and it was difficult to get in contact with their customer service team in order to have this problem resolved. Concerning customer service, despite the fact that their team was ultimately able to assist me with the missing items, their response time was sluggish, and I needed to follow up with them multiple times. In general, despite the fact that the AHNR online store does offer a decent assortment of items for the home and the kitchen, I did not have the kind of positive experience that I had hoped for. Others should heed my warning to conduct exhaustive product research and be ready for the possibility of encountering difficulties with customer support.

Pros
  • Large number of possible configurations for both storing and organization
Cons
  • Products that are flimsy and poorly constructed at a low cost
