If not for the quality of service, I would not put any points. But my experience with this company prompted me to write this review: They sent a suitcase not the one that I ordered (I ordered for 120l, this one turns out to be significantly smaller (see the photo). I don’t know which category it belongs to. It looks like M, but L + in height. But I’m glad that I came smaller, maybe if it was 120+ liters and according to the declared dimensions, it would probably fall apart (my opinion). Now for the service: 1. The cost of delivery (to St. Petersburg) is 700, back - the same. Those. the calculation when sending to another city that people will not return the goods (a suitcase in price grows by 50% or more) - also my opinion; 2. Rude, frankly and brazenly. To be honest, they don’t communicate with clients like that if they want to continue working with them. Apparently, the company is unreliable, since it does not value customers. 3. Do not respond through the site form (there is no feedback. What conclusions: you can buy, but only if you come to their store and get acquainted with the assortment with your hands and eyes and personally pick up the right suitcase. I wouldn't take anything else myself and definitely wouldn't recommend this company or their products. On my own behalf, I wish the employees of this company, and their management, not to encounter such a service as they have.
