The ability for you as an individual recruiter/employee manager (you're in control of your own profile) has been very useful - it's made managing my team easier than having everyone set up their profiles themselves! I also like how easy its integrated with LinkedIn which means we don't need separate platforms anymore when creating our candidates' links etc; everything happens within one system now instead of two different ones The platform has been very easy for me to use, all of my candidates are in the system and synched across multiple platforms, it's helped eliminate some of the manual data entry on my end! I'm not a fan of how the application works with google hangouts.

It doesn't always seem to keep the video open when you're using your computer. If you haven't used this before, give it a try, you won't regret it! Able makes everything about recruiting much easier!
