The best thing about this product is that it can be used for both Windows as well Mac OS X Operating Systems which makes everything easier when you are working remotely or traveling from one place to another without having all your software installed locally at once! I personally have no complaints but i would like some extra customization because sometimes its hard finding what exactly we want to do while using these services online through remote desktop access.
