The team has been very helpful in understanding my needs as well as implementing them. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products, which makes it easy to work together. I would like to have more transparency into the process itself (e.g., how projects get prioritized) so that we can see where opportunities exist. It's hard to say anything negative because they've done such great work - but if you're looking for an expert partner who will help guide your organization through lean transformation, look no further! Our business was not moving efficiently or effectively due to poor processes and lack of visibility across multiple departments. By using Lean tools, we were able to identify areas of improvement including workflow/processes, people issues, documentation, etc.
