Review on TimeSolv by Duane Kerr

I like that it is very customizable! The customer service team has been responsive when we have had questions or issues during setup/launch phase (which was never). It's also nice to be able provide feedback as you go through your process so they can tweak things for future users if necessary - which makes me feel better about this tool being used by my firm than some other tools out there :) There aren't any downsides really but what do people dislike? Just make sure before purchase though because pricing changes fairly often depending upon usage level / number clients in certain states etc., however once purchased its great value compared others prices at launch point.
