Sunface's online store offers disappointing customer service

Recently, I had a very negative experience with Sunface, an internet retailer that makes the claim that its staff is qualified to help customers with product selection and questions. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with how their customer care performed. I wanted to buy a specific product, but I had a few questions first, so I chose to ask their customer service department for advice. I emailed them at the address listed on their website, but it took me a few days to hear back. When I did eventually receive a response, it was brief and uninformative, leaving me with more questions than solutions. I chose to attempt contacting their customer service staff through their live chat feature after becoming frustrated with the lack of assistance. I had to wait a long time to speak with a person, and when I did, they seemed uninterested in assisting me and responded to my inquiries in a general, unhelpful manner. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with Sunface's quality of customer service. Despite their assertions that they have knowledgeable employees on hand to help customers, my encounter left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. In the future, I'll do commerce somewhere else.

Pros
  • Numerous goods are offered.
Cons
  • Prices could be greater than those of rivals.
