Review on ValueOne by Justin Jeppi

The best thing I like about this software is that it provides me with all of my needs, from inventory management through order fulfillment to customer service. What's great too is when an issue arises there isn't much waiting time before someone responds. It can be slow at times but nothing major as far as issues go. My biggest dislike would have to be how difficult they make things seem if your not familiar with their system. They do provide tutorials online so its pretty easy once you get into them. If you're just starting out then i recommend taking some training classes because its hard sometimes figuring everything out without any prior experience. This program has helped us manage our products better which helps keep costs down by allowing us to track product usage more efficiently.
