The tool has helped us in streamlining our onboarding process which was previously very manual. The system is easy to use and allows for quick and efficient onboarding of new hires. We have noticed a decrease in time spent on onboarding processes since using flatfile portal. It's been a great experience so far! I am not aware of any downsides at this point.
