Does what it says; wicked expensive.

The rubber ribs on the central rod of this paper towel dispenser give a little bit of resistance to the paper towel roll being rotated. Thus, as advertised, you can rip off a towel using only one hand. The two swivel axes are another feature that will be useful to some. There are other paper towel dispensers that have the "single hand" feature, and most of them are much cheaper than this one. Indeed, I think this may be one of the most expensive paper towel dispensers in the world. But it does what it says it does.
