The staff is very friendly to work with; they are also flexible in working hours so that it's easy for me as an independent contractor to schedule my time off around them! I feel like there has been progress made since last year when we were using another provider of video captions -- but only because their service was not nearly up-to-date or robust enough compared to others out here now (in terms of features).

Capturing text over images at least twice per month would be helpful even if just to have proof that our project can actually do this well. In addition, being able use the platform during COVID means more flexibility than ever before--which helps us keep projects moving forward without issue.
