I recently bought a number of items from TIMINGILA for my dogs, and I was very dissatisfied with both the quality of the items and the dependability of their service. The dog treats and toys I purchased were of poor quality, and they either upset my dogs' stomachs or quickly fell apart. I also had to keep cleaning up messes because the litter and housebreaking supplies I purchased were ineffective. Even worse, my order's arrival was put off by several weeks, so I was left without the necessities my pets required in the interim. I made an effort to get in touch with their customer service department for help, but I only received unhelpful answers and a lack of accountability. Overall, I wouldn't advise any cat owners to use TIMINGILA. Anyone who uses their online store will have a frustrating and disappointing experience due to their subpar goods and unreliable service.
