Great way improve Customer Service: Awaiting

With Awaiting you can see what your waiting room is doing at any given time. You can also see who is using the system from different locations. It's easy to use and it helps me keep my employees informed about how many people are waiting at each location. I haven't yet found anything that I don't like. We've been able to get everyone up to speed quickly and easily with Awaiting. It has given us the ability to keep track of our customers and their visits. It has helped us to ensure that our staff is engaging with customers as much as possible. It has also improved our customer service. I believe that customers are more satisfied with the service they receive through Awaiting. I can't think of anything that I dislike about Awaiting. This has been an amazing product for us. Awaiting has helped us to increase our customer service.
