In order to prevent other parents from making the same error I did, I feel obligated to share my terrible experience with the SOBOWO online store. I spent a lot of money on very low-quality infant girl clothes and accessories. The clothes did not wash well because of the scratchy and uncomfortable fabrics used. I was very dissatisfied with the goods' overall quality. In addition, the level of customer care was appalling. When I tried to contact SOBOWO for help because my order was delayed, I only received unhelpful and dismissive answers. It is obvious that this business does not respect or care about its customers. In conclusion, I highly advise against making purchases from the SOBOWO online store. This is not a business you can trust, as evidenced by the subpar quality of their offerings and the absence of any sort of customer support.
