Permit me to tell you about my ordeal when I went shopping at MDFUN; it was a living hell. Everything that could possibly go wrong did go wrong, and I really wish I could just ignore the whole mess that it was. In the first place, the website was difficult to understand and difficult to traverse. It took me some time to locate the things in which I was interested, and even after I did so, the product descriptions and images were lacking in specificity. After I had eventually made my purchase, the delivery of my items took several weeks, which was a very inconvenient experience for me. When my order did eventually arrive, I was dismayed to discover that the items I had ordered did not match their descriptions. The shoes were uncomfortable and of poor construction, and the clothing was poorly manufactured and did not fit well. In addition, the individual pieces of jewelry did not appear nearly as shiny or as exquisite as they did in the photographs. To make matters even more difficult for me, when I attempted to contact customer support in order to return my items, I was met with representatives who were both unhelpful and unresponsive. It took me a few tries to get a reaction, and even after they did, they did not want to provide me with a refund or an exchange for the items I had purchased. My impression is that MDFUN is an inadequately managed online store that does not place a high value on the satisfaction of its clients or the superiority of the items it sells. If you're looking for a purchasing experience that's enjoyable and doesn't involve a lot of stress, I wouldn't recommend going to that store.
