Review on Bigotters by Jack Enhanced

I made a transaction from Bigotters and was very dissatisfied with the service I received. I had a hard time locating the items I needed because the website was confusing to use and the search bar didn't work. When I finally located what I needed, paying for it was a major hassle. It was difficult to navigate, and I had to re-enter my data several times before it was finally approved. The fact that the goods I ordered did not match their descriptions when they eventually arrived only added insult to injury. The house decor items, including the artificial plants and flowers, appeared cheap and fragile. I called customer support to voice my dissatisfaction and was met with long hold times and unhelpful responses. In general, Bigotters is not a store I suggest visiting. The website is difficult to navigate, the goods are of poor quality, and the support staff is unhelpful. Don't bother, just go somewhere else.
