The strap comes loose

I bought this for my daughter and she loved the design and color but it has only been 2 weeks and the material of the strap has started to peel off!

The turquoise color is beautiful, the watch is easy to read and comfortable.

Cons

The strap is very hard and long. After a few tries it started to come off. Disappointed!
