Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with my latest attempt to purchase clothing, footwear, and jewelry from GLEAMISS. Their website may be simple to use, but I wasn't impressed with the quality of my purchase. The clothes and sneakers I ordered were delivered, but they were thin and poorly constructed. The jewelry, which was marketed as "statement pieces," was also poorly made and appeared inexpensive. Considering I had hoped to find some one-of-a-kind clothing additions, my dissatisfaction was compounded. In addition, as a non-binary person, I found it disappointing that their selection appears to target only women. More non-binary options on their website would be wonderful. Even worse than the lengthy shipping time was the unhelpful responses I got from the company's customer care department. Using GLEAMISS was generally a negative experience for me. Although the website is simple to navigate, I am not likely to make a purchase from them again due to the low quality of their goods and the limited variety of what they offer.
