Great product and easy learning curve
The ability to sync data from Dynamics 365 with a site that is not built in Microsoft Dynamics 365. This allows us to have access to our customers information through a web browser without having to download a new application. I do not like how slow it can be sometimes when syncing large amounts of data. It can take up to 30 minutes or more to sync all of our customer's accounts. You need to make sure you have the correct permissions set for your organization so that you are able to sync the correct data. We have been able to find a way to keep track of our customers' account information by using this software.

- Ability To Sync Data From Our CRM With A Site That Is Not Built In Dynamic365! So we didn't lose valuable time trying try get an alternative app, but was still given full flexibility as well.I liked most about synx because its easy navigation within my office network which has made me stay organized & productive throughout daily operations
