Review on Numerator Insights by John Bourgeois

The ability to access any information you need when creating an account with numerator insights was perfect! We were looking at different platforms but all had limitations in terms of customer reporting or other needs we needed (i.e., custom reports). I can't think about anything we dislike except maybe how long it took us initially to get set up as our team has become more familiarized w/ the platform now. It's been a very helpful tool over the last year helping solve business problems. The ability to view the entire customer journey in one place and drill down into specific segments. This has been extremely helpful when trying to understand our customers' journeys and how we can improve them. Nothing at this time. I would recommend this tool to anyone looking to gain more insight into their customers as well as their own business. The ability to see all of your key metrics in one place.
