The Good, Bad and Ugly

I'll summarize up front. Overall, this a good shoe and a great value for the price, but there are some negatives that will keep it from being a homerun.Positives: Very comfortable, fit very closely to size expectation, inexpensive, stylish and nice looking.Negatives: Already the bottom treads are showing some wear and tear. The uppers still look nice. I haven't worn the shoes a lot so I'm surprised by the tread wear.Negative: I haven't had the shoes long enough to form a solid long-term opinion, but I suspect durability will NOT be a strong suit. Ultimately, I expect they will become a quickly disposable shoe. I understand runners are fine with this. They buy expensive shoes and turn them over quite frequently. My purpose and use for these shoes is merely casual walking around. With that type of usage I was hoping for something more long lasting.Update 10/27/19: After wearing these all summer they have proven to be far more durable than I expected. Wear spots are limited to the shoe bottoms. Uppers and insole have worn very well. They still look very nice. The comfort level for walking is very good. I wouldn't recommend for running. Overall, for the price these shoes represent a very good value for a walking shoe.

Pros
  • They look and feel great. Fit as expected.Disappointed that the comfort nodules are already flattening.
Cons
  • The shoes may not look as stylish as other similar products on the market
