Why Ableconn Can't Compete with Other Electronics Retail Websites

In all honesty, there are other options for purchasing technology internet besides Ableconn. They have what seems like a fair variety of products, but they lack in a few crucial areas. To begin with, they typically charge more than the market average. They might have some specialty items that you can't get elsewhere, but are they really worth the higher price tag? No, in my humble view. Second, they provide subpar support to their customers. Even if they have nice people working there, they probably don't know enough to be of much help. Their return/exchange policies can be complicated and frustrating to decipher. Lastly, despite Ableconn's "one-stop-shop" claims, their inventory isn't nearly as extensive as that of some of their rivals. You may need to search elsewhere to find the product or brand you're after. Ableconn may have some redeeming characteristics, but they pale in comparison to other online technology retailers. I wouldn't suggest shopping here because of the poor quality of the prices, inventory, and service.

Pros
  • Policy for hassle-free refunds
Cons
  • Support queues that are too long
