Review on BALAPERI by Jesse Wells

As a life coach, I am always seeking for companies who put an emphasis on providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond what is expected. Unfortunately, BALAPERI does not live up to expectations in this aspect. Their website and retail locations may give the impression of being outstanding at first sight; however, the level of assistance and knowledge provided by their staff leaves much to be desired. During my most recent trip to their store, I had a difficult time locating the appropriate items for the project I was working on. When I requested for assistance, I was received with indifference and a lack of information about the subject matter. To say the least, it was a really frustrating experience, and it made me wonder whether or not BALAPERI actually loves its clients. A firm that does not put the requirements of its customers first is not one that I can in good conscience recommend to others, even if the quality of their products is high.
