I hope you all have a pleasant time and find the perfect cup for you. Although I've had this mug for more than three years, I've only used it for a year out of all of them combined. After a year, my miracle mug started to not only leak, but also drip from under the lid, and the cause for this is a complete mystery! The mug is not broken, I did not knock it over, I did not expose it to anything that could ruin it, and I did not put it through the dishwasher to clean it; yet, the cup is leaking! It is completely beyond of our reach to comprehend what the cause is. I searched the internet for anything that would shed some light on this issue, but I came up empty-handed; additionally, there are no assistance centers. I really wanted to look into purchasing a new cover, but I couldn't find it anywhere. That being the case, it stays where it is until I work up the nerve to finally get rid of it. And yes, it's possible that there are still the same "happy" owners who had the same problem but you solved it. If so, or even if there are just people who know why this can be the case, I would be grateful if you shared information with me about how to solve this issue. Thank you.
