Review on Guidebook by Chad Rosier

Easy drag-and drop interface makes creating apps quick & painless! The ability for our team members who are not developers or designers but rather marketing coordinators / managers has allowed us more freedom as we can customize guides without having developer input/approval involved (which was previously needed). There's nothing I dislike about this product at all - great experience overall!! We have been able improve customer service by providing better answers faster than before through their chat feature which also allows me greater peace knowing my customers' issues will be addressed sooner vs waiting around until they get back into work hours next day etc..
