I like that it can be used to block both adult content as well pornography which is great if you have young children using your computer at home or when away from their parents supervision. It's also easy enough so anyone with basic knowledge of computers could use this program easily without needing any help what-so ever! There may not actually be anything wrong w/the product but sometimes there will need more training videos before someone who doesn't know how macs work yet would understand everything they needed to do (such as loading an application). If my child were looking through something inappropriate online while browsing then we're able to instantly see where exactly she was being taken by just having her open up Safari again afterwards & going back into our internet filter app.
